Guarantees
All products come with manufacturers warranty of between 1 and 5 years. In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period Wildwood Landscape Machinery will repair it if returned to us at your cost as per the manufacturers warranty terms. Alternatively we will refer you to your nearest local dealership. This does not effect your stautory rights.
Wildwood Landscape Machinery will not be liable for any additional costs incurred whilst goods are away for warranty repairs, this includes rental or hire charges from third parties.
When in your care the machines should be regularly serviced and inspected by a qualified mechanic.
Use of all machines is entirely at the customers own risk. Wildwood Landscape Machinery and their suppliers are not liable for any accidents or damage however caused while the machine is in the customers possession. Assembly of the unit is also at the customers own risk and any problems that may occur from incorrect assembly are not warrantable, nor are the suppliers culpable.
Please take safety seriously and always read all manuals and handbooks supplied by the manufacturers before assembling or using the machinery. If you have any doubts please contact us for advice.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation, to cancel your order within 7 working days, commencing from the day after the day you receive the goods. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are returned in their original packaging, unopened. Please contact us for a Returns Sheet before you return your goods. You must return the goods within 15 days of the date of their delivery to you, to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in, when delivered to you.
Cheques
You may also pay by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Wildwood Landscape Machinery. You should allow 7 working days for cheques to clear after which the goods will be dispatched.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch debit and credit cards.

The prices listed on this web site are monitored very closely for accuracy. Occasionally, pricing errors do occur. In the rare event that this may happen, you will be notified of the price difference prior to despatch.
