Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order you should contact us in the first instance by email at . We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and then contact you to let you know how long it will take to resolve the problem. This does not effect your statuary rights as a consumer.

Wildwood Landscape Machinery does not operate a try and return policy.

We should be notified of problems or defects which ocur within the manufacturers warranty period. We may ask for the machine or faulty parts to be returned as soon as possible for exchange or repair. Carriage charges will not be refunded.

When returning any powered equipment the oil and petrol MUST be drained from the engine before you return them. This is for the safety of the carrier.
